Hooray for small victories. Just released… Elon Musk and Tesla can once again sell cars direct to consumers in New Jersey.

This comes just under 1 year after after a sales ban was placed earlier this year. The earlier ban was actually a law put in place by Governor Chris Christie. The real reason for the law has no hidden agenda: Local dealerships applied pressure to Governor Scott for fear of loosing revenue. Sound surprising? It shouldn’t those who “have”, have for a reason. They are bullies, thugs and love to hold back the uprisers of the world.

The new bill passed by the New Jersey Assembly Consumer Affairs Committee unanimously allows Tesla to start selling cars.

Permission has been given to open up to four dealerships. The bill was not specifically written for Tesla as it applies to all zero-emission vehicle makers.

New Jersey had become the third state to ban the maverick salesman and hes futuristic products, following Arizona and Texas.

The bill is a win. But is it enough? Will it last and what happens if the cars come down in price and more of the mass populace wants it?

Time and the voice of the Upriser shall show the truth!
