The “Exo-Prosthetic” is an artificial leg created by Brooklyn-based designer William Root that was 3D printed with titanium using the laser sintering form of additive manufacturing. The limb was created using scans of the wearer’s truncated and intact legs formed into an exoskeletal structure for a lightweight but durable build.
